Deputy CEO of PT Persib Bandung Bermartabat (PBB), Adhitia Putra Herawan, revealed that the contract extension was based on a direct recommendation from coach Bojan Hodak. “Following coach Bojan’s recommendation, Persib and Klok agreed to sign a two-year contract extension,” Adhitia stated on June 7, 2025. Hodak considers Klok a vital figure in midfield, with strong leadership and consistent ball distribution. Adhitia added, “We hope Klok can surpass the achievements of two Persib legends,” referring to his potential to outshine Adeng and Robby.
